Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Orders are shipped via UPS with estimated delivery times of 3–7 business days after processing.
International Shipping We ship to 28 countries worldwide, including the UAE, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, and more. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS, with estimated delivery times of 5–14 business days after processing, depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the DHL or UPS website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout so there are no surprise fees upon delivery. Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
